Homelessness

When you give to United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties, you are helping to improve of the lives of the people in your community. Along with the United Way, we are proud of our community and are committed to doing everything we can to make it even better. Each year Pikewood Creative donates time, talents and resources to helping produce a United Way corporate video that creates awareness about the wonderful things happening in our community because of the United Way, and also to encourage giving, volunteering, and support.

In this corporate video, we focused on the topic of homelessness, which many folks in our area are completely unaware of. We spent some time in the areas where many homeless people live and captured stories about their lives. We also interviewed volunteers and experts to create this educational video. We are blessed to have great people like Laura Jones, Karen Fitzpatrick, and John Sonnenday in our community and we are proud to be a supporter of the United Way.
